Our founder, Joe Roberson is a third generation Bakersfield native who started his real estate career at age 18 and within two years became a Licensed Broker.

Joe Roberson has over 22 years experience in the real estate, mortgage and construction industry. Joe is the Owner, Broker and President of Summit Financial Services and Legacy Homes. Joe is also Broker and Co-Owner with his mother, Adoree Roberson in Roberson Real Estate. As Broker, Joe shares his extensive knowledge and experience with his team offering guidance and support whether it's simple questions or challenging transactions.

Joe Roberson has served as past Board Member and past Club President of the Active 20/30 Club and past Director of Bakersfield Association of Realtors in addition to holding his licenses as a General Contractor, Swimming Pool Contractor and Private Pilot. Joe is committed to the community in which he lives and is a loving and dedicated father to his daughter, Jolie.
